La Mai is excellent hotel to stay if you want to stay little outside of central Chiang Mai and having bike rented. If you do not have bike then also, it can easily reach to central by taxi. Good choice of breakfast, fruits, cereals, hot breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are non vegetarian then you will have plenty of option to explore street food around the hotel.

Staff were lovely. Hotel is situated in a residential neighbourhood. There was an abundance of local food on the door step. Easy access to central Chiang Mai.

For my purposes the location was great. the staff were helpful, there were some language issues though. The rooms were adequate.

Ample underground parking and friendly staff. Clean room and tea and coffee facilities available in the room which was a bonus. Also local markets just outside which was handy. Great views of the tree lined avenue and the Ping River.

Big bed and cleanliness. The bed is soft and they have hand held bidet which i love it. The room is big.

Amazing staff, second night before sleep the AC started smelling sour 5 min after we called reception they had a new room ready amazing. Good breakfast many options. Nice hotel i recommend will come again.
